Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts, together with rubber parts and after-treatment services such as painting, printing, and assembly.
What info do you need for a custom quote?
3D drawings in IGS/STEP/X-T format are preferred. We also accept CAD drawings with weight info or physical samples. Please also specify quantity and any special requirements like painting or assembly.
What materials can you handle?
We work with various materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Glass Fiber reinforced plastics, AS, PS, PMMA, and rubber materials like NBR and Silicone.
Can you advise on design feasibility for injection?
Yes, our engineering team reviews every drawing for injection feasibility. We identify potential issues like unnecessary thickness that might cause sink marks or add costs before proceeding.
What is your lead time for molds and production?
Typically, samples are sent within 30-35 days of the mold order. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the order size.
Who owns the mold after full payment?
The mold is the customer's property once paid in full. We store and maintain it in-house for your production needs and will never produce for third parties without your permission.
