What AC ratings do you offer for your flooring?
We provide a minimum of AC3 (Class 23) for heavy residential and moderate commercial use, up to AC4 and AC5 for high-traffic commercial environments.
Where can laminate flooring be installed?
It can be installed in almost any room, above or below grade. However, it is not recommended for extremely wet areas like saunas or enclosed porches that require wet-mopping.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy, or 100% Irrevocable LC at sight.
Do you support third-party quality inspections?
Yes, we fully accept and support third-party laboratory inspections such as SGS or Intertek to ensure the highest quality standards.
